These terms govern use of deepakandteam.com and services supplied under the DeepakAndTeam brand by Deepak Consultancy, operated by Manish Singh.
Services
We provide educational coaching, mentoring, online courses, digital content, and in-person bootcamps focused on personal and social development. Coaching is educational and does not guarantee any particular personal, dating, financial, or other outcome.
Eligibility and conduct
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate. You are responsible for acting lawfully, respectfully, and with the free and informed consent of every person involved in your interactions. Harassment, coercion, discrimination, or unlawful conduct may result in removal without affecting our other legal rights.
Payments
Prices and payment terms are displayed before purchase. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms. Unless an instalment arrangement is expressly offered, payment is due in full.
Bookings and participation
You are responsible for providing accurate booking information and attending at the scheduled time. Any cancellation or rescheduling conditions displayed during booking form part of these terms.
Refunds and withdrawal rights
Our Refund Policy applies alongside any mandatory consumer rights. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Intellectual property
Course videos, recordings, written material, and other original content are protected by intellectual-property law. A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use the material for your own learning. You may not share, sell, reproduce, record, or redistribute it without written permission.
Confidentiality and recordings
Participants must respect other people’s privacy. Sessions may be recorded only where everyone concerned has been informed and any legally required consent has been obtained.
Liability
We remain liable without limitation where liability cannot legally be limited, including for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise, liability is governed by applicable law.
Termination
We may suspend access or participation where these terms are materially violated, including abusive behaviour, unlawful use, or unauthorized distribution of materials.
Applicable law
German law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their habitual residence. Mandatory rules concerning jurisdiction remain unaffected.
